Broadband penetration outside state capitals averages 12 percent, requiring all computational analyses to be executed on local servers.
Readiness Requirements for Micronesian Health Research Hub Successful applications include memoranda of understanding with the Pacific Islands Health Officers Association and the College of Micronesia-FSM.
